PAYMENT Prepayment is required on all orders. Purchase orders are not accepted as pre-payment. Customers may pay via: CHECKS - Payable to NAB Store CREDIT CARD - Visa, MasterCard, & American Express are accepted.
Pricing and availability of products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. International customers paying via credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate in your currency and include it on your monthly statement.
CUSTOMS/DUTIES/VAT TAXES You may be subject to additional import duties and taxes (Value Added Taxes- VAT), which are applied once a shipment reaches your country. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for the charges by his/her local Customs office. The NAB Store has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. The NAB Store assumes no responsibility for these charges. International customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office to determine the applicable taxes before ordering.
RETURNS If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange an item 30 days after receipt of the item. No returns or exchanges will be made after 30 days. Please note that some items are not refundable; to include all financial publications, research reports, show releated audio recordings, and PB forms. SALES TAX By law, customers are assessed a 6% sales tax on orders delivered to the District of Columbia.
